Total Body Workout is een intensieve en afwisselende high/low -energy les waarbij conditie training en spier versterkende oefeningen worden gecombineerd. Tijdens het conditionele gedeelte van de les wisselen aerobics, steps, en cardio boxing elkaar wekelijks af. Daarnaast wordt er gebruik gemaakt van onder andere Kettlebells, elastieken, gewichten, etc. om de buik, – bil en beenspieren te versterken. De total body Workout zorgt voor een super conditie en verhoogt de spiermassa & vetverbranding.
Elke Total Body Workout-les duurt 45 minuten.
