Have fun playing sports with your peers!

Regular exercise is important for health and can be done with us individually or in groups such as the senior class.

At our Seniors Fitness you work out your whole body with peers in an hour. All muscles are trained and the workout naturally improves stamina. You also notice that flexibility of the muscles increases and your balance improves. Senior fitness is good for your health and besides that, exercising together is very pleasant. Fitness center Artisport has a friendly image and very relaxed atmosphere. During the Seniors Fitness we play pleasant music from the old days.

Check the class schedule to see what days and times Senior Fitness is available. You can sign up in advance via the Sportivity App. There is also no surcharge on the subscription price. Just a basic subscription is sufficient. Fun and affordable!
