Spinning

Fitness training, fat burning or interval training; Spinning offers it all. The first few times you will have to get used to it, but after a few times you will really get the hang of it and you will see that your condition improves quickly. Artipump

ArtiPump is a group workout using a dumbbell with weights. The heaviness of the weights can be adjusted individually. The exercises are supported by recognizable music. The standard components of an ArtiPump are warm-up, squats, chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders and abs followed by a cooldown. The great thing about ArtiPump is that you will have trained your entire body in 60 minutes.

Total body workout

Total Body Workout is an intensive and varied high/low -energy class that combines fitness training and muscle strengthening exercises. During the conditioning part of the class, aerobics, steps, and cardio boxing alternate weekly. In addition, Kettlebells, elastic bands, weights, etc. are used to strengthen the abdominal, buttock and leg muscles. The total body Workout provides super fitness and increases muscle mass & fat burning.

Challenge

The Challenge is an effective workout to work on your fitness in just 30 minutes in a fast, fun and responsible way. At fitness center Artisport, functional training in a group is at the center of this class. Fun, variety and high intensity of this total body workout ensure quick results.

Cardio Boxing

With advanced techniques from the sport of boxing combined with functional circuit training, Cardio Boxing is perfect for weight loss and fitness.

Body Shape

Improve your speed, fitness, strength, coordination and agility without jumping jacks at low-impact intensity. Each class focuses on legs, buttocks, chest and abdomen. Shoulders, arms and back are also usually covered.

Pilates

Pilates is a unique system of exercises for good posture and breathing. In doing so, you work on developing strong and flexible muscles without muscle pain or injury. Pilates is an effective and safe method, suitable for anyone regardless of their level of exercise. In most cases it is also suitable for people with physical complaints. Pilates consists of floor exercises for abdomen, buttocks, legs, back and arms that are mainly performed on a mat.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program based on Latin American dance, such as salsa, merengue, axé, samba and cumbia. It was created by Alberto "Beto" Perez, a Colombian dancer and choreographer from Miami. Zumba by fitness center Artisport involves fitness and dance exercises done to music. The dance combinations are easy to learn, so you don't need to be an experienced dancer.

Senior fitness

At our Seniors Fitness you work out your whole body with peers in an hour. All muscles are trained and the workout naturally improves stamina. You also notice that flexibility of the muscles increases and your balance improves. Senior fitness is good for your health and besides that, exercising together is very pleasant. Fitness center Artisport has a friendly image and very relaxed atmosphere. During the Seniors Fitness we play pleasant music from the old days.
