This 50-minute workout will be based on low-impact training.

The term "low impact" means "low load" In a Low-impact workout, there will be no jumping jacks. We lay the foundation for a strong core through static and dynamic exercises. The movements are fluid and smooth, with exercises performed with concentration and conscious breathing. The instructor focuses on proper posture, correct execution of exercises and focus. At the end of the class we will do relaxation exercises. The class is accompanied by background music.
