Artisport protocol "exercising responsibly together":
Artisport works towards responsible outdoor sports. In doing so, we take into account the social importance of getting people playing sports and exercising again as soon as possible, in a controlled and safe environment.
Artisport has therefore established a SAMEN responsible sports protocol for athletes & staff.
Social distancing
Spreading the athletes throughout the visit. Minimizing contact between athletes and between staff and athletes. We can easily implement the 1.5-meter rule in this regard. There is never direct physical contact between athlete and staff member
Protocol Provisions for Employees Artisport:
1. Hygiene rules are posted at the entrance and outside in a sidewalk sign.
2. Rules for athletes are on the website (pop-up and/or home page).
3. Make sure everyone can keep 1.5 meters distance from each other by dosage and routing.
4. Work whose nature of the work permits will be done from home.
5. Provide personal protective equipment (face mask, gloves, goggles) as needed.
6. Ensure maximum hygiene, especially the pinterminal, doorknobs and other contact surfaces should continue to be disinfected. Also clean objects that can be touched by customers and visitors such as trash cans, etc. as regularly as possible.
7. Provide employees with comprehensive instruction on how to implement the protocol in the outdoor area of the sports facility.
8. Instruct staff to address athletes for inappropriate behavior when rules are violated.
9. Work in permanent teams as much as possible.
10. Ensure enforcement of rules in and around the company.
11. If there are updates to these agreements, they will be communicated as soon as possible
For athletes:
1. Keep 1.5 meters away.
2. Sign in at reception you will receive an access token to come and exercise for a maximum of 1 hour.
3. Come alone or come with persons from your household.
4. Avoid public transportation.
5. Do not come to the accommodation earlier than the agreed start time, see Artisport opening hours.
6. Stay home if you have any of the following symptoms: nasal cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, elevation (from 38 C°).
7. Stay home if someone in your home has a fever (above 38 C°) and/or chest tightness symptoms.
8. Do not shake hands.
9. Always follow staff instructions.
10. Go to the restroom at home prior to visiting Artisport.
11. Prior to the appointment/visit, wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.
12. Leave the accommodation immediately after exercising.

Therefor Artisport has drawn up a protocol for responsible exercising TOGETHER, for both members & employees.
Social distancing
Spreading members during the entire visit. Minimizing contact between members but also between members and employees. We can easily implement the 1.5 meter rule. There is never any direct physical contact between member and employee.
Protocol Provisions for Artisport Employees:
1. Hygiene rules are placed at the entrance and in a pavement sign outside.
2. Rules for members are available on the website (pop-up and / or homepage).
3. Make sure everyone can keep a distance of 1.5 meters by dosing and routing.
4. Activities of which the nature of the work allows it, are done from home.
5. If necessary, provide personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, glasses).
6. Ensure maximum hygiene, especially the pin terminal, door knobs and other contact surfaces must be disinfected regularly. Also clean objects that can be touched by members and visitors such as trashcans, etc. as much as possible.
7. Give employees detailed instructions on how to implement the protocol in the outdoor area of the sports facility.
8. Instruct employees to hold members responsible for inappropriate behavior in violation of the rules.
9. Work in permanent teams as much as possible.
10. Ensure enforcement of the rules in and around the company.
11. If any updates are made to these agreements, they will be communicated as soon as possible
For the members:
1. Always keep 1.5 meters distance.
2. Register at the reception. You will receive an admission ticket to exercise for a maximum of 1 hour.
3. Visit us alone or with people from your household.
4. Avoid public transportation.
5. Do not arrive to the club earlier than the communicated start times, see opening hours Artisport.
6. Stay at home if you have any of the following complaints: colds, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, increased temperature (>38° C).
7. Stay at home if someone in your house has a fever ( >38° C) and / or shortness of breath.
8. Do not shake hands.
9. Always follow the directions of the personnel.
10. Go to the toilet at home before visiting Artisport.
11. Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds before your visit.
12. Leave immediately after finishing your exercise
