What is EGYM?
EGYM consists of a combination of 8 fully automatic Smart Strength machines. Once the EGYM coach sets up all the machines for you and all your personal data, such as your sitting position and workout weight, is automatically stored on your personal wristband. Each participant then trains and switches at the same time, giving you a complete workout within 30 minutes. Without waiting times and without getting boring.
During the workout you will receive training instructions via your personal touch display, making any injuries or incorrect movement execution a thing of the past.
So you train quickly, safely and also very easily!
